Refresh the metrics you're using to measure impact

You can refresh the metrics you're using to measure impact.

1. Dream - Come up with your wishlist of metrics

2. Review - See which of those metrics are already collected on Makerble

  • Use the Metrics per Project view to see which metrics are being used across each project

3. Create - Create any new metrics that are required

  • Create the metrics you need

4. Design - Choose where to collect each metric

These are the main ways you can collect progress towards each metric:

  1. Add the metric to an existing survey - you/we can add those metrics to the survey;

  2. Create a new survey and add the metric to it

  3. Add the metric to a project → then add that project metric to a Progress Board so users can create a Solo Story about that single metric

  4. Add the metric to a project so users can include that metric in a Timeline Update

  5. Add the metric to a project so users can upload progress towards that metric from a spreadsheet

  6. Add the metric to a project so users can import progress via an integration or API

For assistance completing any of these steps, book in some time using this link: https://meetings.hubspot.com/mk11/ngo-additional-onboarding-session
