This is what a survey looks like to a respondent if you send them a unique link or share a public survey link with them.

On a mobile

The respondent answers each question, scrolls down and presses Submit at the end

On a computer

Once they reach the end of the survey, they press Submit

Then they arrive on the Thank You page
