See when a survey was last sent to or completed by or for a contact - while sending out a unique survey link

When you have contacts who are part of several projects and those projects use the same surveys, Makerble will show you when that particular survey was most recently

  • sent to that contact (whether sent from this project or another one)

  • completed by or for that contact (whether completed on this project or another one)

Steps

  1. Click Create in the top menu

  2. A dropdown menu appears

  3. Select Send Survey

  4. You arrive on the Send Survey to Contacts page

  5. The recent interactions that a contact has had with a survey are displayed in the Select existing contacts box

  6. If a unique survey link has been sent to the contact for this survey (even if it is on a different project), Makerble will display “Last sent: [date]” next to that contact’s name.

    1. Click the date to get more information

    2. A popup launches that displays the date(s) that the contact was sent a unique link to complete this survey on each project

  7. If the survey has either been completed by the contact or for the contact (by one of your colleagues rather than by a Perspective Provider), Makerble will display “Last completed: [date]”

    2. A popup launches that displays the date(s) that the survey was completed by or for the contact. On the occasions that it was completed by the contact, Makerble will display “by Respondent”.
