There are 3 levels of access
Enable participants to See progress

previous answers to survey questions

Show contacts a personalised newsfeed that displays their previous survey responses
Maintain Confidentiality: Ordinary case notes and timeline posts that you and your colleagues have made are hidden from Participants
Enable participants to Share progress

Allow them to upload files, provide quantitative updates, add a narrative to explain the numbers and answer your questions
Enable participants to Discuss progress
Ask clarification questions: If you have questions about anything submitted by a participant, you can add a comment to that post. The participant will be notified and can provide a follow-up answer as a comment.
Encourage peer review or peer-to-peer feedback: Optionally enable participants to
see the posts and answers provided by other participants.
add comments (or likes) to those answers

What’s the difference between a Participant, a Colleague and a Contact?
On Makerble you have colleagues and contacts.
Colleagues are usually your staff and volunteers
Contacts are usually the people who are engaged through that project - e.g. clients, beneficiaries, service-users, but also, referral partners, signposting partners, funders. (You might also have projects in which your staff and volunteers exist as Contacts - this is usually done when you are using Makerble in more of a HR-capacity to track for example Role Applications, Training Received, Appraisals, Diversity Equity Inclusion, etc)
Billing: how you’re charged for Participants
By default a contact is simply a record and a contact cannot login
When you make a contact a Participant, they can now login to Makerble
Participant Credits allow your Participants to login and use Makerble.
Each Participant Credit gives a Participant access to 1 project for 1 month
For example, a Participant with access to e.g. 3 projects for e.g. 6 months, would use 18 Participant Credits
You can purchase additional Participant Credits by emailing billing@makerble.com
