Attach a file from Google Drive to a contact's bio

You can attach a file from Google Drive to a contact.

Steps

Requirements

While creating a contact

  1. Click Create in the top menu

  2. Select Contact

  3. You arrive on the Create Contact page

  4. Select a project

  5. Select a Contact Form

  6. Select a Type of Contact

  7. The rest of the Contact Form appears

  8. Complete the form

  9. Press the Add from Google Drive button that appears next to the File Attachment field

  10. This launches the Google Drive file picker

  11. Select the file you want to add

  12. Press Select

  13. Continue completing the form and then press Save once you are done

  14. The file will be uploaded and displayed on the contact’s Profile Summary

While editing an existing contact

  1. Go to the contact’s Profile Summary

  2. Press the Edit Bio button

  3. You arrive on the Edit Contact page

  4. Press the Add from Google Drive button that appears next to the File Attachment field

  5. This launches the Google Drive file picker

  6. Select the file you want to add

  7. Press Select

  8. Continue completing the form and then press Save once you are done

  9. The file will be uploaded and displayed on the contact’s Profile Summary
