If External Sharing is turned on for your organisation, you can control which fields in a contact’s Bio are visible to people outside your organisation.

By default, every field in a contact’s Bio field is visible to people outside your organisation with whom you have shared a contact

Steps

Select My Apps in the top menu
Select Contacts
You arrive on the Manage Contacts page
Select More Options
A dropdown menu appears
Select Field Privacy
You arrive on the Field Privacy page
Use the dropdown menu to change the visibility of a field from Show to Hide if you do not want people outside your organisation to see that field when they view a contact that has been shared with them
Scroll to the bottom of the page and press Save
You arrive back on the Manage Contacts page
