Case Owner

A Case Owner is typically the user who created the Case in the first place

However while creating or editing a case, the Case Owner can be set as a different user.

The other role that a user can have on a Case is Case Worker

Unless otherwise specified, the only users with permission to close or edit a case are

• the case’s Case Owner

• the Project Manager(s) of the project that the case belongs to

• the Organisation Admin(s) of the organisation that owns the project that the case belongs to
