Edit a Case (Manage a Case)

You can change the details of a Case if you are

  • the Case Creator (Case Owner)

  • Project Manager of the project that owns the case

  • Organisation Admin of the organisation that owns the project that owns the case

Details of a case

The details of a Case are displayed on the Case box above a contact’s Bio on their Profile Page (see the red box)

Steps

  1. Go to the Case Profile Page

  2. Press the Manage Case button

  3. You arrive on the Edit Case page

  4. From here you can

    1. Change the details of the case by editing the fields in the Case Form

    2. Change the Case Creator (Case Owner)

    3. Add or remove Case Workers

  5. Once you have made changes, press Save
