Give other users permission to create Cases

If you are an Organisation Admin or Project Manager, you automatically have permission to create a case as long as cases are turned on within that project.

You can grant other users permission to create cases within a particular project cases too.

Steps

  1. Access the Project Preferences page of the project where you want other users to be able to create cases

  2. You arrive on the Project Preferences page. Check that the Enable Cases checkbox has been ticked.

  3. In the Select who can create cases box, enter the names of specific Project Reporters whom you want to grant permission to create cases

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press Save

  5. You arrive on the Project page
