Access a Story's page

There are several ways to access a story’s page.
From a Timeline or the Newsfeed
From a Popup
Where you can access a story’s page from
On an Album page Timeline
On the Homepage Newsfeed
On a Progress Board
select the Timeline button, this launches the Timeline Popup for the Card which displays the stories in that Card
Or go to the Distance Travelled section by selecting the title of a Multiple Choice Tracker Card, this launches the Progress Popup, then select the Table view in the Distance Travelled box, open a row, select either Start or End in the popup for that individual Contact/Respondent, then click View Response
On a Project page:
scroll down to the Timeline
or in the Progress Panel of a project that has targets with deadlines (i.e. Custom Reporting Periods): select Table view, then click a blue number, this launches the Progress Popup, click one of the blue numbers in the popup to see a list of the stories that contribute to that total
In the Response Rate tab on a Survey Campaign page: select the Response Rate tab, scroll down to the Colleagues box, click the number in the Stories Posted column, this launches the Stories Posted popup that lists the stories posted by that colleague
How to access a story’s page
From a Timeline or Newsfeed
Every story in the Timeline has a summary of the story in blue text. The summary will either say “New Update” or it will state the numbers recorded for each Progress Tracker within that story.
Whichever it says, click that blue text.
You arrive on the story’s page in the Answers tab
