Turn off Manual Headcount

Manual Headcount is turned on by default for each project.

When Manual Headcount is turned on, it means that you can add anonymous progress into a story and you can do it in two scenarios:

  1. From the Survey Campaign page by selecting Add manual headcount

  2. From the Quick Update popup - it lets you add Manual Headcount alongside progress about tagged contacts

Steps to turn off Manual Headcount

  1. Go to the Project Preferences page of the project in which you want to turn off Manual Headcount

  2. Tick the “Hide the anonymous participants section on create story pages if there are project contacts” tick-box

  3. Scroll to the bottom and press Save
