Add contacts to a project (or project state)

There are several ways to add a contact to a project and change the contact’s state i.e. whether they are on the. Waiting List, Enrolled, Alumni or Declined (state) of the project:

• Select the project while creating a new Contact Profile

• Link a project to an external Signup Page so that new referrals (contacts) are automatically created in that project

• Bulk assign contacts to projects

• Move a contact between projects

• Create a contact while adding guests to an event

• Use an automation to add a contact to a project

• Change a contact’s state, e.g. move them to a project’s Waiting List
