Invite members of the public to complete surveys with Personalised Wording

Steps

  1. Go to the Survey Campaign page

  2. In the Responses are anonymous section, confirm that the Status is set to Enabled. If it is currently set to Disabled, click the toggle

  3. Once you have touched the toggle, the Status will switch to Enabled, the button will become green and the Select a Wave dropdown list will appear

  4. Once you select a wave, the public survey link appears

  5. Copy the link

  6. You can share the link. When people complete the survey, their response will automatically be tagged to the correct Wave and the version of the survey that will see will be determined by the wording you set on the Manage Wording page

  7. Anyone with the link can use it to complete your survey. Note: if you use the link while you are still signed into Makerble, it will redirect you to the Complete Survey page that lets you choose one or more contacts to complete the survey on the behalf of.
