How colleagues can complete surveys with Personalised Wording

A colleague on Makerble is somebody who has one of the following project roles or organisation roles:

• Project observer

• Project reporter

• Project manager

• Organisation Admin

• Project creator (this is an Organisation-level role)

• Organisation member

There are several ways in which a colleague of yours can complete a survey on behalf of a contact:

• Clicking the Complete Survey button on the Contact profile page

• Selecting one of the Post An Update options on the Survey Campaign page

• Selecting one of the Complete Survey dropdown options in the Surveys box on the Project page

Steps from the Complete Survey page

1. Your colleague should go to the Survey Campaign page

   Open

   

2. Choose one of the options under the Completed by you and your team section

3. You arrive on the Complete Survey page

4. The Choose A Wave option appears on the right-had side

5. Select a Wave

   Open

   

6. Complete the survey as usual

7. Press Submit
