See your Call Notes (Wildix)

You can see the notes of calls made to contacts using Wildix.
Why use it?
Call notes can help you demonstrate better empathy towards your customers. By using these notes, you can avoid asking them to repeat themselves and can tailor your conversations by referencing your previous interactions.
Steps
To reach the Call Notes feature, users can follow these steps:
Access the Messaging App by selecting the Envelope icon in the top menu.
Below the ‘Messaging’ title, select the with Contacts tab.
Then, select the Call Notes tab to arrive at the Call Notes page.
There will be two columns.
On the left side column, users can find the different contacts.
On the right side column, users can find the contact’s Call Notes.
