See all your outbound communication | Access the Messaging Broadcasts page
You can see all the bulk messages (also known as broadcasts) that your colleagues have sent to your organisation’s contacts, whether via SMS or Email.
Steps
You must first turn on SMS Messaging or Email Messaging before you can broadcast a message to contacts
Select the envelope icon in the top menu to access the Messaging App
You arrive in the Messaging App
Below the ‘Messages’ title, select the Contacts tab (rather than the Colleagues tab)
You arrive in the SMS Conversations tab
Select the Broadcasts tab
You arrive in the Broadcasts tab
