Manage Look & Feel Page (look and feel of Sign Up page)
When a Sign Up Page (Referral Form) is embedded in another website, it should be in coherence with the website’s color and style. Here comes the Look & Feel Page.

Select My Apps in the top menu
Select Contacts (if you don't see Contacts as an option, you can access the Contacts App via the Control Panel)
You arrive on the Manage Contacts page
Select the More Options button in the Contacts App
A dropdown menu appears
In the Signup Pages in the dropdown menu (formerly called Referral Forms)
You arrive on the Signup Pages page.
There will be a blue button with white text: Look & Feel on top right side of the page.
Click the button to reach Manage Look & Feel page.
Customize your sign up forms as per your color code and style.
