Manage your Guest Statuses

You can create, edit and delete your organisation’s Guest Statuses from the Manage Guest Statuses page.

To set the event state transition requirements, go to the Event Categories page and press the Set Requirements button next to the specific Event Category.

Steps to get there

You must be an Organisation Admin to access this page

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Events

  3. You arrive on your organisation’s Manage Events page

  4. Select More Options in the top right corner of the Events app and in the dropdown menu, select Event Categories

  5. You arrive on your Event Categories page

  6. Select More Options in the top right corner and in the dropdown menu, select Guest Statuses

  7. You arrive on the Manage Guest Statuses page
