Move a guest between Guest Statuses

You can move a guest between an event’s Guest Statuses

  • Whenever you add a guest to an event, they are added to the top (first) ‘state’ in that event. Using the example below, that would be Invited.

Steps

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Events

  3. You arrive on the Manage Events page

  4. Use the event filters to find the event you want to manage

  5. Click the name of the event to go to the event page

  6. You arrive on the Event page

  7. A tab appears for each state that has been added to that event

  8. On the All tab, it shows the total number of guests that have been added to the event

  9. Next to each guest is a button that lets you change the state that the guest is in for that event. This will move them to the next tab.
