Create a Guest Status for events

You can create your own Guest Statuses to track a guest’s journey through your event registration process.

  • The default event state is Invited

Steps

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. The My Apps tray appears

  3. Scroll across until you see Event Categories

  4. Select More Options

  5. A dropdown menu appears

  6. Select Guest Statuses

  7. You arrive on the Manage Guest Statuses page

  8. Select Create a Guest Status

  9. You arrive on the Create a Guest Status page

  10. Give your Guest Status a name, choose a colour and click Save

  11. You arrive back on the Manage Guest Statuses page.
