E.g. “Wellbeing”

I.e. outcomes that simply state what they are about

Directional names

E.g. “Improve Wellbeing”

I.e. outcomes that express the direction of change you want to achieve

SMART Objective names

E.g. “Increase participants' wellbeing by 20% by October 2023”

I.e. outcomes that are Specific, Measurable, Aspirational, Realistic and Time-bound
