You can access a Survey Campaign from a story (survey response).

Steps

1. When looking at a story (survey response) - whether on the Homepage, a Contact’s Profile or elsewhere - click the first label that appears in the story.

2. You arrive on the Survey Campaign page.

   Open

   

From the Survey Campaign page you can:

1. Go to the Project page of the project the survey has been added to

2. Go to the Survey Questions page of the survey itself

   Open

   

3. Collect additional survey responses

4. View response rates by selecting the Response Rates tab

5. Analyse results by selecting the Analyse Results tab

6. See the Verdicts that have been calculated for each survey response (as long as Verdicts is enabled for this survey) by selecting the Verdicts tab
