Event Guests table
You can see a table showing an event’s guests when you go to an event’s page.
About the table
Fixed columns that always appear
Columns in the table | What it displays |
---|---|
Contact name | The name of the guest who has been added to the event |
Flags | If the guest has any Flags, they are displayed here |
Customisable groups of columns that appear based on your event’s settings

You can display information from a contact’s bio on the event page if that contact has been added to the event as a guest. (This can be turned on within the event category - how to setup guest background information) | |
Guest Booking Form information | You can display information from a guest’s event booking form. (You can setup a guest booking form within the event category - how to setup a guest booking form) |
Attendance | This displays a column for each question that appears on your event’s attendance survey |
Event Surveys | This displays a column for each question that appears on your event’s Self Check-In Survey |
Tabs at the top of the table
If your event belongs to an event category that uses Event Guest Statuses, you will see a tab for each Event Guest Status as well as a tab called All.
Assigning guests to workers
If your event belongs to an event category that uses Assign Guests to Workers, you will see an additional table on your event page that lets you assign event guests to event workers.
