You can add any contact in a project to an event owned by that same project.

• If you need to open up your events to contacts from outside the host project, you can turn on that option.

How to add one or more guests to a one-off or recurring event

From your homepage’s Events tile

1. Select Home in the top menu

2. You arrive on the Homepage

3. In the left sidebar is the Events widget

4. It displays your upcoming events

5. Press the cog icon next to the event that you want to add guests to

6. A dropdown menu appears

7. Select Add Guests from the menu

8. A popup appears

   Open

   

9. From the Known Contacts box on the left: Select the contacts whom you want to add to the event

10. Contacts you select will appear on the right in the Contacts added as event guests box

11. Press the Save button

12. That’s it. You arrive on the Manage Events page. The guests have been added to the event successfully.

13. The Guests figure for that event will show the number of guests that have been added

14. You can click the blue number to see their names

How to add one guest to several events

If your contact is part of a project which has events enabled, you can add that contact to upcoming events within that project

From a contact’s profile page

1. Go to a contact’s profile page → scroll down to the Events tile on the right side

2. Click Add to Events → in the popup you’ll see a list of upcoming events

3. Click Add to Event to add them to each event

4. Open

   

From your Contacts tile on your homepage

1. Go to your Homepage → scroll down to the contacts tile

2. Click the cog icon next to your contact → click Add to Events

3. In the popup you’ll see upcoming events → click Add to Event
