Set case closing conditions

You can set conditions that must be met before a case can be closed

  • You can specify a survey that must be completed before the case is allowed to be closed

Steps

  1. Go to the Project Preferences page of the project that the cases are part of

  2. Tick the box Set conditions for cases to be closed

  3. This causes a Choose form dropdown list to appear

  4. Choose the survey that must be completed before the case can be closed

  5. Scroll to the bottom and press Save
