How it works

• The next time you are added to a case as a Case Worker, you will receive

  • an email notification letting you know that someone has requested to add you to a case.

  • a web notification letting you know that someone has requested to add you to a case.

• When you click the link in the email you arrive on your Case Requests page. From here you can accept or decline each invitation that you have received.

• Once you accept an invitation you will be added to that case as a Case Worker
