On the Case Requests page you can see the status of

• Invitations to join cases that you personally have received

• All invitations to join cases where the case belongs to your project (only visible to Project Managers and Organisation Admins)

• All invitations to join cases where the case belongs to your organisation (only visible to Organisation Admins)

Steps

1. Start off by going to the Manage Cases page (select My Apps in the top menu and then select Cases)

   Open

   

2. Select the Requests button

3. You arrive on the Case Requests page that has two tabs

   1. Pending

   2. Previous

4. The Pending tab display buttons that allow you to accept or decline an invitation

   Open

   

5. The Previous tab displays the decision made on each invitation
