There are several ways to complete a survey about a single contact

1. From the Survey Campaign page

3. From the Contact Profile page: Complete a Survey for a single contact using the Contacts App

Steps

From the Survey Campaign page

1. Go to the Survey Campaign page

   Open

   

2. Select the About one contact option

3. You arrive on the Complete A Survey page

4. Start by selecting which Contact the answers relate to

   Open

   

5. The survey questions are reformatted so you can easily enter responses for a single person

6. Finish completing the survey and then press Submit

From the project page

1. Go to the Project page

2. Scroll down to the Surveys box on the right

3. Click the Use Survey button below the name of the survey

4. A dropdown list appears

5. Select Complete for 1 contact

6. You arrive on the Complete Survey page

7. Select the contact for whom you want to complete the survey

8. Complete the survey

9. Press publish
