Complete a Survey about multiple contacts at once

You can create a story (complete a survey) that contains responses for several contacts at once

Steps

  1. Go to the Survey Campaign page

  2. Select About many contacts

  3. You arrive on the Complete Survey page

  4. Check that the Who is this update about? toggle is set to multiple contacts at once (default)

  5. A table is displayed for each question

  6. This allows you to record a response for each person that is in your project

  7. Use the filter at the top of the page to filter the list of contacts displayed according to which project state they are in; Waiting list, Enrolled, Alumni or Declined. (To see options beyond Enrolled, you must enable project states on your project)

  8. Enter responses for each contact - it’s fine to leave some contacts blank

  9. Press Submit once you reach the end

  10. You arrive on the Story show page

  11. Click the Makerble Logo to return to the homepage
