See details of Signposts Made to a single Signposting Partner

You can see the number of signposts made to each of your Signposting Partners
Your Signposting Partners exist in your platform as contacts.
Requirements:
You must turn on Signposting in order to see the Signposts Made: Turn on Signposting
You have to have signposted at least one contact before you can see the Signposts Made

Steps
Go to the Contact Profile Page of one of your Signposting Partners (i.e. an organisation that you signpost to)
A box called Signposts appears within the History section of the Profile Page - this is located at the top of the Timeline
The Signposts section displays the Signposts that this Signposting Partner has received
To log signposts made to Signpost Organisations, you must have Contact Forms associated with the ‘Organisation’ Contact Type
