You can report on the number of contacts who have been signposted. Start by going to the Productivity tab of the Contacts App.

Open

Charts available

• Contacts signposted per month - split by Signposting Partner

• Contacts signposted per month - split by Signposting Partner Organisation

• Contacts signposted per month - split by Signposting Partner Individual

Steps to access the charts

1. Select My Apps in the top menu

2. Select Contacts

3. Select the Productivity tab

4. Scroll down to the Signpost charts

   Open

   

5. By default these load in Chart view

6. Click Table to instead view the table

7. The table appears

8. In Table view, you can click the blue number to see the names of the contacts who were signposted to that partner in that month

9. These charts show the number of:

   1. Signpost Organisations you signposted to

   2. Signpost Individuals you signposted to

   3. Signpost Organisations + Signpost Individuals that you signposted to
