The Welcome Hub let’s you know your platform at your own pace. It has all the features listed that you can explore as per your need. It provides a brief about the first steps in using the platform and all it’s features along with guides to go deeper into the flow.
The Welcome Hub is the first page that a new user sees when they login for the first time into the account. But you can navigate the page anytime you want to look at the features by following these steps.

You can click on any of these tiles or the Get Started button and look at the guides that help you provide an understanding of what the feature do and how you can use it.
You can look about how to do the basic setup of your organisation and know more about the platform and apps through the videos available at the top of the page. Watch the videos to get a basic understanding of various aspects of the platform.
Design your Participant Journeys
You can look at the customer journey and how Makerble can be used in your customer journey. You can design the platform according to your need based on the journey. This explains how contacts, events, automation, messaging etc. are connected and how they can be used as per your requirement.
