Toggle automatic creation of Progress Boards for an album's surveys

Makerble can automatically create a Progress Board for each survey used within a particular Album.

  • The Managers of the Album will be added to the Board as Board Admins

  • The name of the Board will be “[Survey] on [Album]”

Steps

Based on when your album was created, this setting will be on or off by default.

  1. Go to the Edit Album Cover & Bio page of the Album you want to turn this setting on or off for

  2. Find the setting “Create a board for every survey used within this album”

  3. Use the checkbox to turn this setting on or off

  4. Scroll to the bottom and press Save

How it works

  • The first time that you turn this setting on for each album, Makerble will:

    • detect the surveys that are used on the projects associated with the album

    • and create a board for each survey used within the album

    • Then going forwards, any new surveys that are added to a project within the album, will automatically have a Board created for them too (unless an automatically-created album-level board already exists for that survey)
