How it works

To access SMS Conversations

1. Select the envelope icon in the top menu to access the Messaging App

2. You arrive in the Messaging App

3. Below the ‘Messages’ title, select the Contacts tab (rather than the Colleagues tab)

4. You arrive in the SMS Conversations tab

5. Select the name of a contact to see your colleagues' SMS conversation with that contact

6. You arrive in the conversation

7. Start typing in the text bottom to send a message to the contact

   1. Note: the message will appear as being sent by your organisation. If you want the contact to know that the message is from you individually, include your name in the message you send.
