SMS Conversations

You can view, send and receive SMS using Makerble Mobile

Steps

1. Select the envelope icon in the header menu

2. You arrive on the Chat Messaging page

   Open

   

3. There are two links shown in blue below the title “Messages”: Colleagues and Contacts. Select the one called Contacts.

4. You arrive on the SMS Conversations page

   Open

   

5. The left side displays a list of every contact in your organisation for whom you have a mobile phone number stored in the appropriate format (i.e. the international format with the country code displayed before the phone number)

6. Select the contact you want to converse with (you could alternatively search for them using the Search box on the left side above the list of contacts)

7. You can see the messages sent to your organisation by that contact and messages sent by your organisation by that contact

8. To send a new message, Scroll down to the text box, type your message and press Send
