Edit a Progress Tracker

You can edit a Progress Tracker - i.e. an

Restrictions

  • As long as an update has not been posted about an update, you can edit a Progress Tracker.

  • If an update has been posted using that Progress Tracker, the tracker might be ‘Locked’ however you can still continue to edit it

Steps

From the Metrics App

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Metrics

  3. You arrive in the Library

    1. Decide whether you need to be in the Personal Library or your Organisation Library

  4. Find the Progress Tracker in the Library

  5. Click the Actions button on the right side

  6. In the dropdown, select Edit

  7. You arrive on the Edit Progress Tracker page

    1. (if editing a Multiple Choice Tracker, use the steps for editing a Multiple Choice Tracker)

  8. It resembles the Create Progress Tracker page

  9. Make the edits

  10. Press save

  11. You arrive back in the Library

From a metric’s profile page

  1. Access the metric’s profile page

  2. Click the More Options button on the right side

  3. In the dropdown, select Edit

  4. You arrive on the Edit Progress Tracker page

    1. (if editing a Multiple Choice Tracker, use the steps for editing a Multiple Choice Tracker)

  5. It resembles the Create Progress Tracker page

  6. Make the edits

  7. Press save

  8. You arrive back in the Library
