In your schedule allow

  • a minimum of 2 weeks for User Acceptance Testing - this begins with a training session

  • a minimum of 2 weeks for platform amends in light of the feedback from the User Acceptance Testing

  • this should be followed by final Training Sessions for user groups

  • after that, you Go Live
