Edit a Contact's Bio
You can edit a contact's bio by either using the Quick Edit button ( ) or opening the Edit Bio page.

How to edit a contact using the Quick Edit button
Go to the Contact Profile page.
You can see all the contact details in the Bio section and each editable field has the edit icon beside it.
Click the icon. It will open the field so you can edit it.
After making changes, click on the save icon ( ) to save the changes or discard the changes using the close icon ( ).
This will do the necessary changes to the contact.
This is useful as it a quick method to edit details without navigating to a different page. This is also beneficial when you only want to change a single entry as then you do not have to go through the entire form and save it to change something minor.
The Admin of an organisation or a Project Manager has the permission to change Contact’s Type that has been assigned to a contact.
You can also edit the fields using the Edit Bio button within the Bio box (top left) on the Contact Profile page.
This option is helpful when you want to change a lot of details or add more details using a new contact form. Add an additional Contact Form to an existing contact
How to edit a contact from the Edit Bio page
If you find that you don’t have permission to edit a contact - it might be because of the permissions
Go to the Contact Profile page
Click Edit Bio
You arrive on the Edit Contact page
By default, the first tab is open
Click each tab to display the fields within that Form
The Internal Descriptions are displayed below the name of the fields. The descriptions appear in grey text and italics.
Edit the fields in the Form as necessary
If there are additional forms you want to add to this contact’s bio, follow these steps to complete additional Contact Forms if required
Scroll to the bottom and press Save
You arrive back on the contact’s profile
