Edit a Project Form

Edit a Project Form

Project Templates were formerly called Project Forms or Project Categories

Once projects have been created using a particular Project Template, you cannot delete that Project Template. You can only edit it.

When editing a Project Template you can

  • add new fields to the Project Template

  • change the order in which fields appear on the Create/Edit Project page

Restrict options based on a previous question

  • When a Dropdown is used on a project category (the form that's used to create a project), you can restrict the options that are available in a dropdown list based on the answer that was given to a question that appears earlier within that project creation form. Here's how to do that: Restrict Dropdown options using Parent List
