Customise a project

Once a project has been created, you can customise it by adding templates to it (e.g. surveys, forms, event formats, etc) and applying particular settings to it.

Customise projects automatically - Option 1: Only add surveys

  • You can automatically add surveys to a project by using a Project Template.

    • Step 1: Simply add your desired surveys to the project

    • Step 2: Choose that Project Template when you are creating the project

    • Step 3: Those surveys will be automatically added to the project

Customise projects automatically - Option 2: Add surveys, forms, settings and more

  • When there are other templates that need to be added to a particular set of projects automatically, use a Project Automation to automatically set up that project for you.

  • Step 1: Define the characteristics of the projects that this Project Automation should apply to - e.g. projects in a particular location or which provide a particular service. (This is called a Saved Filter)

  • Step 2: Choose the surveys, forms, settings, etc that the Project Automation should apply to those matching projects

  • Step 3: Whenever a project is created which matches the specified characteristics, the templates and settings you’ve chosen will be automatically applied to that project

How to use a project

Now that your projects are customised, they are ready for your colleagues to use them. The easiest way to start using a project is to open that project’s profile page. From there you can

  • Create and Find contacts

  • Send out survey invitations and analyse survey responses

  • Create and Find events

  • and much more

Every project has a +Create menu

From here you can create contacts, events and more.

Every project has several Tiles

Tiles are the boxes that appear on a project’s profile page. Each tile corresponds to a particular feature within your platform - e.g. surveys, contacts, albums, etc.

  • Click the title of a tile to open a dedicated page for that feature - e.g. clicking Contacts will take you to the Manage Contacts page where you can see all of your contacts
