Why use Guest Submissions?

If you want to broaden your survey data collection beyond your existing users but still organise results within highly categorised, individual projects; Guest Submissions will help.

How it works

Guest Submissions allow people to do two things at once: create a project and submit a survey response

You can choose whether their survey response is

• based on a Manual Headcount

• or collecting a response about an individual

Turn on Guest Submissions

1. Create or edit a Project Category

2. Scroll down to the Advanced section

3. Tick the checkbox for Allow signed-out people to create projects (Guest Project Creation)

4. Check the tickbox to turn on Guest Submissions

   Open

   

5. Choose the survey to use

6. Copy the web address for the type of Guest Submission you’d like to receive
