Share a Progress Board using QR Code

You can share a Progress Board externally using QR Code so that anyone can access the Progress Board and view it by scanning the QR code.

Steps

You must be a Board Admin to change open the padlock and change the privacy setting

  1. Go to the Progress Board you want to share

  2. Press the padlock icon

  3. A dropdown menu appears

  4. Select Everyone

  5. This sets the visibility of the Board to Everyone so that anyone with the link can view it

  6. You can get the QR Code of the Board by clicking the Share Button

  7. The Share popup loads

  8. Press the QR Code button under the link of the progress board

     

  9. A popup appears with the QR code for the Progress Board

  10. You can Download the QR code using the Download button and then you can attach the QR or print it, to share the progress anywhere you want.

  11. The user just have to scan this QR code to access the progress board and see it.
