Change the general access level of a Board

You can change the general access level of a Board, i.e. choose who is allowed to view it

Steps

  1. Go to the Progress Board by pressing My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Boards

  3. You arrive on your first Board. If this is not the Board you want to view, select Switch Board and choose the Board you want to go to

  4. On the Board, press the padlock icon

  5. A dropdown menu appears

  6. Choose the access level you want to set for the Board

Only users who are assigned to those tasks can mark them as Done

Anyone with general access to the Board

Organisation Colleagues can create a Tip tagged to that metric; unless

  • the Project Metric’s privacy causes the metric to be hidden
