You can share a Progress Tracker or Outcome on the Impact Store.

• You can share any metric you have created.

Steps

1. Select My Apps in the top menu

2. Select Metrics

3. Switch to the Organisation library if your metric isn’t in your Personal library (Organisation Library of Progress Trackers )

4. Click the Actions button for the metric you want to share

5. Click Edit

6. You might see a Locked popup. That’s okay, click Edit Anyway

   Open

   

7. You arrive on the Edit Metric page

8. Click Advanced to open the Advanced section

   Open

   

9. Check that the Hide from other organisations tickbox is not ticked

10. Describe this metric using the Description field

11. Press Save Changes

12. Once your metric has been approved, it will be listed in the Impact Store
