Steps
Press Create in the top menu
Select More Options
In the extended menu, choose Outcome/Tracker
You arrive on the Create Metric page
Select the Multiple Choice tab
Select the Choose an existing set of choices option (each “set of choices” is named after the first Question that used that set of answer choices)
Choose the List you want to apply to this question
Scroll down to Advanced to open the advanced settings
Tick the ‘Hide from other Organisations’ checkbox
Set ‘Owner’ to the client’s organization
Press Save
Repeat this process when creating your other Multiple Choice Questions

When using Shared Answer Choices you can choose to
add Explanations to each Answer Choice
create new Explanations for each Answer Choice
reuse existing Explanations for each Answer Choice
