Give a user several roles on the same project

You can give a user several roles on the same project, i.e. you can make them a

  • Project Observer,

  • Project Reporter

  • and Project Manager

Steps

Restrictions

  • You can only assign roles to people who are already Makerble users.

  • To add a completely new person, an Organisation Admin must use the Manage Colleagues page

  1. Select Home in the top menu

  2. On the Homepage, scroll down until you see the Projects tile on the left side

  3. Press the cog icon next to your project

  4. A dropdown menu appears

  5. Select Edit & Rename

  6. You arrive on the Edit Project page

  7. On the Edit Project page, you will see 3 type head search fields for

    1. Managers

    2. Reporters

    3. Observers

  8. Search for the names of the people you want to add

  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and then press Save Changes
