You can share a Progress Board externally so that anyone with a link to the Progress Board can view it.

Open

Steps

1. Go to the Progress Board you want to share

2. Press the padlock icon

   Open

   

3. A dropdown menu appears

4. Select Everyone

5. This sets the visibility of the Board to Everyone so that anyone with the link can view it

6. You can get the web address of the Board by copying it from the address bar in your web browser or you can click Share

   Open

   

7. The Share popup loads

8. Press Copy the link

   Open

   

9. Paste the link wherever you want to share the link to the Board
