Contact Filters on a Progress Board

You can use the Contact Filters on a Progress Board to filter the results displayed in each card by the attributes of the contacts who are tagged in the stories and survey responses.

Steps

  1. Access a Progress Board

  2. Press the Filter Contacts button on the Progress Board

  3. The Filters Overlay appears

  4. Expand each section to set criteria to filter the contacts

  5. Press Apply

  6. The cards on the Progress Board will update to show the filtered progress

Contact category fields

Filter by the characteristics of your contacts that are entered into your Contact Forms.

  • The Contact category fields section has a filter for each populated field that appears in at least one of your Contact Forms

Various other dynamic criteria

Progress & Survey fields

Filter by the progress data stored about your contacts and their survey responses. This filters the progress that is shown to being only the progress that is tagged to contacts whose previous stories contain total progress or survey questions within the parameters you set.

  • The Progress & Survey fields section has a filter for Progress Trackers

  • Use the Min and Max quantity ranges to filter Attendance Trackers.

    • For example, to filter responses from contacts who attended less than 5 sessions,

      • open the Session Attendances filter

      • set the Max number to 5

      • leave the Min field blank

      • then click Apply

  • For Multiple Choice trackers: Select the Answer Choices you want to filter for and then click Apply
