You can change a Tip’s privacy level. The main options are:

• Everyone

• Organisation Colleagues

• Project Colleagues

• Specific Individuals

Steps

1. Select My Apps in the top menu

2. Select Tips

3. You arrive on the Manage Tips page where you can see Tips you’ve created and Tips you like

   Open

   

4. Click the Action button next to a Tip

5. A dropdown menu appears

6. Select Edit

   Open

   

7. You arrive on the Edit Tip page

8. Click Advanced to access the privacy controls

9. Scroll down to the Privacy level section

10. Open the dropdown list to change the Tip’s privacy

11. Select the desired option

12. Press Save
