Every survey has an owner. Owners have permission to edit the survey. You can change the ownership of a survey.

If the owner is an organisation, any Organisation Admin within that organisation may edit the survey
If the owner is an individual user, only that user may edit the survey

How to change the ownership of a survey

Start by following the steps to access the Edit Survey page
You arrive on the Edit Survey page
Scroll down until you see the Advanced section
Click the arrow to expand it
A set of options appears
Select the new owner (if you are part of multiple organisations, you will need to specify which organisation you want to become the owner of the survey if you are making an organisation the owner)
Scroll to the bottom and press Save
The new owner will be displayed in the Added by section
